Last night Rising Above Addiction received a Message of Hope Award from Brian DeLeonardo, State Attorney for Carroll County. We were both surprised and honored to receive this award. Thank you to all who came out to support all those lost to addiction. It was a wonderful evening.

Today we were able to meet one of the young adults that Rising Above Addiction put into treatment. Samantha, a beautiful young woman who appreciates the opportunity she has been given and is working at turning her life around. We will be following her progress.
