With the growing need for sober living in our community, Rising Above Addiction is opening another girls’ sober house. It is such an honor to be able to provide women with a safe and loving environment, while they are on their journeys of recovery.
This house will be named after a beautiful young lady named Kristin.
Kristin Spurrier is the daughter of Valerie and Tom Spurrier, she is a sister to two brothers and she was a wonderful friend to so many people. She was only 25 year’s old when she lost her battle to addiction. Kristin was a young woman of strong faith, and she always went out of her way to help others. She will continue to help others as we embark on this new journey.
