Rising Above Addiction is partnering with Carroll County Drug Treatment Court Development Fund for the 6th Annual Robert D. Kirkland Memorial Golf Classic. Proceeds to benefit Robert D Kirkland Scholarship, Carroll County Drug Treatment Court Development Fund and Rising Above Addiction.

Robert Kirkland passed away on March 15, 2017. He was a court liaison for Mountain Manor Treatment Center and respected member of the community. He was known as, “someone who never gave up on a person and someone who went above and beyond to help those who needed it get treatment for substance abuse.”

We are privileged to host this golf tournament in his honor!

“The mission of the Carroll County Adult Drug Treatment Court is to reduce dependency through effective allocation of community resources to an intensive, court-supervised program that combines treatment with individualized services to eligible offenders.”

Goals of the Event:

Provide a safe, fun, substance-free event for the community!
Remove the stigma of addiction and support those working hard to stay sober!
Offer resources and educational materials for those in need.
