Rising Above Addiction Visits The Phoenix Recovery Center

​Today we were able to meet one of the young adults that Rising Above Addiction put into treatment. Samantha, a beautiful young woman who appreciates the opportunity she has been given and is working at turning her life around. We will be following her progress.
